Embryosis

This painting merges the styles of the Surrealists and Impressionists to reduce an image to its pure color. I wanted to push the boundary of what it means to make an image of shapes; Our history has undergone the same phenomenon. This painting has many meditations of art over the years, and how it houses the shape of culture and how it changes when in motion.
